I am a British-born writer, journalist, and communicator with over a decade of experience as a BBC Broadcaster and Senior Producer. Prior to that, I built a professional background in TV presenting and programming, honing my skills in storytelling and connecting with diverse audiences. Beyond broadcasting, I’ve worked as a magazine editor and columnist, crafting stories that inform, inspire, and empower.

In addition to my media career, I have extensive experience building global partnerships in sustainability and innovation and working in strategic roles for leading higher education bodies in the UK. I am also a qualified holistic coach and a meditation and mindfulness teacher, blending my professional expertise with a deep commitment to personal development and well-being.
